SHIPPING & RETURNS

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the items purchased from Josephine Interiors & Market, items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange, or store credit. Merchandise will only be accepted if it is in its original condition and packaging.

All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and refused for exchange or credit.

Any custom orders, sale items, all furniture, holiday ,found pieces, artwork, books, lighting, apothecary, and sale items are final sale.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed. There will be a 10% restocking fee for all online orders.
